Information in a review request.

The review form asks for your name, work email, and practice name. Phone number and practice website are optional. It prepares a message in your email app for you to review and send to ops@jawzbilling.com. Preparing that draft is not the same as submitting a request.

Use business contact information only. The purpose of the inquiry is to discuss your practice, respond to your questions, and arrange the scope of a billing review.

Keep patient information out of public inquiries.

Do not include patient names, medical records, insurance information, or other protected health information in a public website inquiry or ordinary email. If an assessment requires patient information, the appropriate agreements and secure sharing process must be established first.

Website contact instructions do not replace the privacy and security terms that apply to contracted billing services.

Website tools and data handling.

Before this notice is finalized, JAWZ needs to confirm the website’s active analytics and other tools, the service providers involved, retention practices, applicable visitor rights, and the process for privacy requests. Those details should reflect the actual configuration rather than a generic policy template.

You can contact ops@jawzbilling.com about a website inquiry. Do not include patient information when asking a question about the review process. The final privacy notice will identify the responsible legal entity and designated privacy contact.
