An initial review needs boundaries. We agree on the questions to examine and the information needed before requesting records or system access. If a deeper account-level assessment is appropriate, we explain the next steps separately.

Our proposed turnaround is five business days after we receive the complete, agreed information. We confirm the scope and timing with you, including any dependencies that affect the review.
